Title: Account Manager/Customer Service Rep Department(s): Promotional Products Division Reports to: Director, Promotional Products Location: Wheeling, Illinois
    Job Summary:
  • Promotional Products Division looking for energetic, self-motivated, and professional Account Manager to work directly with sales team and their customers to ensure the highest quality customer experience
    Responsibilities:
  • Provide pricing and delivery information, process orders, and prepare proposals.
  • Manage projects from inception to delivery
  • Coordinate multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or email
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with sales team to accommodate customer requests
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain Professional attitude towards customers and co-workers
  • Contribute to the success and growth of the Promotional Products Division
    Experience and Qualifications:
  • 3+ Years of Account Management/Customer Service or Sales Experience in Promotional Products Industry
  • Ability to work independently and be self motivated to work with minimal direction
  • Strong PC Skills-Microsoft Office & ESP/SAGE Proficient. Ability to learn new programs quickly with limited training
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a time sensitive and deadline driven work environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills-verbal and written
  • College Degree(preferred)
