For nearly a decade, Artie has been at the npn360 helm with responsibility for strategy and corporate objectives. He also oversees our Accounting and Customer Success Teams, staying actively involved in pursuing growth. Matthew is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with more than 30 years of experience in marketing execution. With new business development as his primary responsibility, he works with our executive team on finding creative ways to leverage technology to improve the sales process and customer experience. Matthew also mentors younger sales team members, teaching them how to improve their prospecting and negotiation skills, as well as how to build and maintain strong client relationships that ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Hewing to the company’s “360 Degrees of Dedication,” Ben’s role is focusing on providing our clients with a level of service they can rely on to achieve success with their marketing programs. To that end, he uses his 25 years of customer service experience in the printing and brand execution industry to ensure our entire staff is equally prepared and motivated to find solutions that fully support clients’ success as well.

Tom joined npn360 in July 2026 bringing more than 30 years’ experience in finance and accounting leadership to the company. Tom has a steadfast commitment to optimizing financial operations while ensuring due diligence across all facets of the business. The mission to drive sustainable growth aligns with his values of integrity and accountability.
Prior to joining npn360, Tom began his career in public accounting where he accumulated
over 10 years of progressive knowledge and experience. Tom then joined the Alltown Bus
Transportation Group as Chief Financial Ocicer and was instrumental in its growth from
one company operating exclusively in the Chicago metro area to a group of companies

More than 15 years in print management, team leadership, and process documentation have prepared Jennifer for her focus on operational excellence at npn360. Working with her supportive team, she initiates, plans, and executes projects as well as streamlines processes to optimize organizational performance.
Jennifer’s best skill? Being a resilient, diplomatic problem-solver and project manager who drives synergy and alignment on company initiatives and engages and leads cross-functional teams.

Rachelle has been helping companies transform branded initiatives with Tech-Enabled Print, Merchandise, Promotional Apparel, and Marketing Fulfillment for nearly 25 years. At NPN360, she oversees the Enterprise Division and manages various client accounts. She is happily married with four children (all adults now) and three rescued huskies.
Rachelle’s best skill? Building successful business relationships as this is essential for long-term success.

At the helm of npn360 for 11 years, Jeff drives the company's strategic direction and operations, focusing on integrated marketing solutions that connect creative, production, and logistics resources. With more than 32 years in the print world as a manufacturer and distributor, he uses his experience in sales, sales management, operations, and overseeing technology to help the world-class brands represented by our customers Brand Better.
Jeff’s best skills? Innovation and willingness to push the limits in what can be a very antiquated industry.

John is the first to admit he thrives on an environment where projects and client needs are ever-changing, so it’s no surprise his roles at npn360 is multi-faceted. He is involved in client relationship management, strategic planning, sales leadership, performance analysis, market insight, and contract negotiations. Not surprisingly, John “genuinely enjoys tackling challenges that arise and solving them so clients are positioned for success."
John’s best skill? Leveraging his extensive industry experience, strategic insight, interpersonal abilities, strong relationships to find innovative solutions across print, promo, packaging, direct mail, and apparel.

Jessica brings 17 years of print and promotional purchasing experience to her role at npn360, where she works closely with the entire team to integrate client feedback and create a positive experience at every stage of their journey.
Jessica’s best skill? Thinking outside the box to develop solutions that help our internal departments be more productive while keeping our clients’ experience as the primary focus.

Personal Motto: Details matter!
Jen oversees our web services and creative services, including building B2B and B2C e-commerce portals with optimal design and user experience for each client’s unique brand. A degree in Media Studies—with a co-concentration in advertising and web design—plus design and marketing roles across several industries, led her to printing and promotional products in 2015 and to npn360 five years later. Since then, she has developed a deep understanding of the industry and an opportunity to use knowledge and skills she acquired throughout her varied career all in one place!
Jen’s best skills? A high level of attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a knack for explaining technical topics in more relatable terms. Oh, and she plays and coaches roller derby!

Cathy’s 25 years of experience managing numerous large accounts as well as teams of Account Managers in the promo and print industry has her well positioned to lead the growing Promotional Products Team at npn360. She works alongside team members to educate and excite the sales team, our CSMs, and our clients about the expansion of promotional products in the modern marketing mix.
Cathy’s best skills? Developing and maintaining relationships, building teams, encouraging creativity, and growing business.

Committed to driving the growth of the Packaging Team, Cliff oversees sales and marketing strategies, ensuring npn360 delivers innovative and customized solutions in brand communications, promotional products, print, packaging, and brand enhancement. He comes by the role naturally, with nearly 40 years of experience in the industry spanning design, photography, pre-media, pre-press, print solutions, fulfillment, workflow management, and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
Cliff’s best skill? Staying focused on creating value for clients by aligning our services with their unique needs—"no two clients’ needs are ever the same.”
